​The Works presents a boutique hotel with a confident and fun concept, directed towards a young audience typically looking for a design-led hotel.  It reimagines Phoenix Wharf – a former industrial warehouse currently in residential use – by preserving its heritage and original features and juxtaposing them with a bold colour palette and contemporary print.
