SYNC aims to revitalise UK club culture by creating a luxury, daytime dance music venue, responding to post-pandemic decline in UK nightclubs alongside increasing healthier lifestyle choices among 18-30 year olds.  Repurposing Newcastle’s Pattern Shop building, Kate’s concept aims to maintain the site’s industrial heritage while creating a sense of community through a shared love of dance music.
