Time & Location

21 May 2026, 10:30 – 11:30

EGGER LONDON Showroom, 1 Dallington St, London EC1V 0BH, UK

About the event

Trends evolve rapidly.  Can designing to meet trend-driven client briefs really be sustainable? How can specifiers satisfy fast-changing demand while designing for long circularity? When is recycled, or recyclable, not enough?

Join us as our panel of in-house experts debates the ethics of fast moving, trend-led design in the context of environmental sustainability, futureproofing and longevity.

With perspectives on commercial forestry management, performance-led product development, science-backed ergonomic research, and timeless design, this discussion will challenge assumptions about trend-led design and its relationship with environmentalism, moving the conversation beyond the now and into meaningful, long-term impact.

Come early for coffee & pastries (9-10am). Stay after for a light lunch (12-1pm) and to chat to our teams.

Limited spaces. Book a place. This will lead you to Clerkenwell Design Week enquiries to complete your request.
